Fast format, clear calls, and clean match flow so every squad knows how points are won on game day.
Each matchup is 2v2, one court per match, with teams rotating through bracket rounds.
Serves are underhand and diagonal. Only the serving team can score on that rally.
Serve, return, then one more bounce is required before either side can volley at the net.
If the return team wins the rally, they win the serve. If servers win it, they add a point.
No volleys while standing in the non-volley zone. Step clear before attacking balls in the air.
Matches are played to 11 points; teams must hold a two-point lead to close it out.
